Debate on the Affordable Housing Bill, No.75 of 2023, commenced in the National Assembly on Thursday, February 15, 2024 afternoon sitting.

The National Assembly, in collaboration with the Center for Parliamentary Studies and Training (CPST), began a two day training of members of the  Kenya Parliamentary Journalists Association (KPJA), at the Kenya School of Government in Lower Kabete, Kiambu County.

The training, themed, "Parliamentarizing Parliamentary Journalists," is designed for the journalist to familiarize themselves with procedural matters, budget formulation, ethics, and integrity.

Members of the National Assembly, yesterday,  raised concern over the continued delay in disbursement of the National Government Constituency Development Fund (NG-CDF) and National Government Affirmative Action Fund (NGAAF).

The National Assembly’s Public Investments Committee on Commercial Affairs and Energy has expressed concerns about continued delay in resolution of a dispute on ownership of two strategic parcels of land within the Kenyatta International Convention Center (KICC).

A Joint Sitting of the National Assembly's Justice and Legal Affairs Committee, and the Committee on Administration and Internal Security started public hearings on the National Government Administration Laws (Amendment) Bill, 2023, on Monday, 12^th February, 2024.
