The Order Paper is a schedule showing the sequence of the matters to be dealt with in a House sitting called Orders of the Day. It is prepared by the Clerk under the direction of the Speaker by the authority of the House Business Committee. Is is the agenda through which the proceedings of the House are closely steered.
The Senate participates in the law-making function of Parliament by considering, debating and approving Bills concerning counties, as provided in Articles 109 to 113.
