The ICT Department

You're able to read this thanks to a dedicated 16-person team that makes up the ICT Department. Our goal is to position Information Technology as a decision-making tool and strategic asset.

Every day, our tasks revolve around: 

  • Deploying ICT technology to assist the administration in streamlining business processes and objectives.
  • Adopting applicable Government ICT initiatives and industry best practices.
  • Enabling legislative and oversight processes through innovative use of technology.

The ICT Department's Mantra is to leverage on ICT for improved performance and communication by: 

  • Institutionalizing ICT services in Parliament.
  • Building ICT capacity for Members of Parliament and staff.
  • Developing and upgrading ICT infrastructure.

How can we work together to achieve this?

  • Report any issues or ask for any ICT related assistance through our Help Desk with dedicated extension lines 3963, 4199, 3952, 3987.
  • Request for training to fill ICT skills gap at our training room located in Continental Building on the 3rd floor.
  • Familiarise yourself with the ICT policy and implement the key action points highlighted in the document.
