National Assembly Speaker, Rt. Hon. (Dr.) Moses Wetangโ€™ula has called on Kenyans to reflect and embrace peace and love during the Christmas festivities.

Speaker Wetangโ€™ula says this Christmas reminds him that true light does not announce itself but simply shines.

"Time for those beautiful reflections, a moment to shine bright, be humble, embrace love and peace." Noted Speaker Wetangโ€™ula.

He says the Country should capture the essence of Christmas, a moment he says is always filled with love and gratitude.

"In choosingย humility, love finds meaning; in embracing silence, the soul discovers peace. I welcome this sacred moment with gratitude and hope," said Speaker.

The Speaker calls on Kenyans to remain one another's defenders and take caution when in public spaces.

"Let's gather as families and one big community as we mark Christmas and enjoy the hope that comes with the New Year." Encouraged Speaker Wetangโ€™ula.
