Sen. Aaron Cheruiyot Kipkirui, MP 

Aaron Kipkirui Cheruiyot (MGH is the Senator for Kericho and Majority Leader in the Senate .

 

He holds Bachelor of Arts in Language and Literary Studies from Moi University. He is currently pursuing Master in Business Administration (MBA ) at Kenyatta University. 

Deputy Speaker of The Senate

Hon. Sen Kathuri Murungi, MP is the Senator for Meru County and The Deputy Speaker Senate. He is also a Lead Auditor expert with ISO Certificate Lead Auditor Bureau Veritas, Kenya. (ISO9001: 2008. Quality Management Systems), Lead Auditor Bureau Veritas Kenya; (ISO:14001: 2004 Environmental Management Systems), with accredition to practice.Hon. Kathuri is  also a member in The Environment Institute of Kenya.

Speaker of The Senate

 

The Right Honourable Amason Jeffah Kingi, EGH,  Speaker of the Senate, Republic of Kenya is a lawyer by profession, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He is an alumnus of Alliance High School which he joined after undertaking his basic education, first at Kamale Primary School, and then at Kambi ya Waya Primary School, in Magarini, Kilifi County.

Speaker Lusaka attends Uganda's State of the Nation Address

The Speaker of the Sente, Rt Hon Kenneth Lusaka, Wednesday, 6th June 2018 attended the State Opening of the Third Session of the Tenth Parliament of the Republic of Uganda and the State of the Nation Address by HE Gen Yoweri Museveni.

At the end of the address Speaker Lusaka noted that "the State of the Nation is strong and the forecast is optimistic."

 

HE Museveni's Address highlighted the Government's achievements and its future plans. 

The President announced that his Government would revive Uganda Airlines.
