The Right Honourable Amason Jeffah Kingi, EGH,  Speaker of the Senate, Republic of Kenya is a lawyer by profession, an Advocate of the High Court of Kenya and a member of the Law Society of Kenya. He holds a Law Degree (LLB) from the University of Nairobi and a Diploma in Law from the Kenya School of Law.

He is an alumnus of Alliance High School which he joined after undertaking his basic education, first at Kamale Primary School, and then at Kambi ya Waya Primary School, in Magarini, Kilifi County.

The Hon. Junet Mohamed, CBS, MGH, MP was elected as the Minority Party Whip in the 13th Parliament in September 2022. He is the Member of Parliament for Suna East Constituency and a ranking Member of Parliament currently serving his third consecutive term.

The Hon. Gladys Boss Shollei, CBS is the Deputy Speaker of the National Assembly having been elected to the position on 8th September 2022. She was first elected to the National Assembly in 2017 as the Woman Representative for Uasin Gishu County and was re-elected in August 2022.

The Rt. Hon. (DR.) Moses M. Wetang'ula, EGH, MP is the 8^th Speaker of the National Assembly of Kenya since independence in 1963. He was elected to the position of Speaker on Thursday, 8^th September 2022 during the First Sitting of the National Assembly of the 13^th Parliament.
